New executive committee of EUFAS

During the general assembly for EUFAS in Brussels on September 5th 2025 a new Executive Committee (EC) of EUFAS was elected The new consists of Professor Jørgen G. Bramness (Norway) as President, Professor Benjamin Rolland (France) as First Vice-President, Professor Eva Hoch (Germany) as second Vice-President, Dr. Joar Guterstam (Sweden) as Secretary General, Dr. Frieder Wurst (Austria) as Treasurer and Professor Marcin Wojnar, Professor Cristina Ribeiro, Professor Roberta Agabio (Italy) and Professor Philippe di Timary as EC members without portfolio. Editor-in-chief Professor Karen Ersche of the European Addiction Research (EAR) represents our Society’s journal. All past presidents can meet at EC meeting and help the work of the EC. We thank to outgoing EC members Professor Colin Drummond (immediate Past President) (UK), Professor Conor Farren (Ireland) and Dr. Gerardo Florez (Spain) for the work they have done for EUFAS.
